To purchase a course, please follow these steps:
- Once you have created an account and are logged in, click on a course title:
- The course price will be displayed. Click 'Select payment type':
- 'Bank Transfer' will be selected. Click on 'Proceed':
- On the next page, you will be shown instructions for completing payment via bank transfer. Once you have completed the bank transfer, kindly take a screenshot of the confirmation screen. Then, click the 'I have completed the transfer' button to proceed to the next step:
- On the next page, select the 'Choose a file' button to select the screenshot, or simply drag and drop the screenshot into the file upload box.
- Once the file has been selected, scroll down and select the 'Upload' button:
- You will see a confirmation message at the top indicating that the screenshot has been uploaded:
- At this point, your payment request will be queued and approved, and you may navigate away from the page. For transactions to and from the same bank, kindly allow up to 15 minutes for review and approval. For cross-bank transactions (e.g. Atlantic Bank to Belize Bank), kindly allow up to 24 hours for payment confirmation.
To view pending payments, go to your homepage and click the 'Pending Payments' tile:
If you accidentally navigated away from the page before uploading your screenshot, you can click the 'Go' button below to return to the page to complete the upload:
You will receive an email confirmation once purchase is complete:
